I love finding good homes for my work
so I have developed a couple of programs to make obtaining artwork both enjoyable and affordable for the experienced and new collector alike. Of course, you can always buy a painting outright, but here are a couple of other options:
LOCAL LEASING PROGRAM
Clients lease a painting in three-month increments, renewing or exchanging artwork or terminating the lease at the end of the rental agreement. Charges include a $25 setup fee per piece, per leasing period, and a monthly rental fee from a percentage of the sale price. This program is especially beneficial to businesses and individuals wanting to decorate an office, home, retail or restaurant space.
INTERNATIONAL INSTALLMENT PROGRAM
This program allows clients to pay comfortable monthly installments of the sale price (plus S&H) over an agreed upon time period from three to twelve months. The artwork is delivered to the client upon completion of payment.
WORLD-WIDE PATRON PROGRAM
Patrons are individuals interested in investing in my career over time. They contribute $100 per month towards a new painting of their choice from works in progress or future artwork. When payments have reached the value of the chosen painting (plus S&H), payments cease and the artwork is delivered to the client.
GUARANTEE
All artwork is of the highest quality craftsmanship and materials; with proper care, paintings are guaranteed against defects during your lifetime.
REFUNDS: I want you to be completely happy with the painting you have chosen to make a new home for, so you have 15 days from the purchase date to return the piece in its original condition for a full refund, minus shipping expenses and a $25 handling fee.
EXCHANGES: If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the artwork, at any time,
for another of equal value of the original sales price, plus shipping and a $75 handling fee. Artwork must be in its original condition.
SALES TAX: Current sales taxes are applied to Texas residents and other states where I may be present to make a sale. No sales tax is applied when artwork is shipped outside of Texas.
COMMISSIONS
For commissioned paintings of a specific scene or portrait, please contact the artist directly for rates and terms.
